Description

Do you ever have questions on how best to include sex or gender in questionnaires or data? Not sure what your options should be or what inclusive language to use? Don’t be a drag, just be a queen! Join the Regulatory, Operations and Emergency Management Branch’s Training and Development Unit (ROEMB-TDU) for our Applied Learning on 2SLGBTQI+ Epidemiology course on April 29 and 30 to learn this and more! This course will give you the skills needed to work with sexual and gender minority populations, explore issues with 2SLGBTQI+ data collection and usage, and apply these considerations to public health practice.

This course is for PHAC/HC employees who currently work in applied public health and routinely collect or analyse surveillance data, conduct outbreak investigations, or conduct evaluations of surveillance systems or public health programs.
