Contact your Branch/Office or Directorate/Centre Learning team for any Branch/Office or Directorate/Centre mandatory or recommended learning. Employee and manager mandatory learning

• All mandatory learning from the Manager Learning Checklist 12.5 hours / Multiple

Financial delegation

• Authority Delegation Validation Assessment for Executives (COR254) 3 hours/ CSPS

Executive Development Programs

• New Directors Program (NDP-PRG) - 2.5 months, CSPS
• Executive Leadership Development Program for EX-01 to EX-03 (ELDP13-PRG) – Program is spread out over a 10-month period. - 24 days, CSPS
• Executive Leadership Development Program for EX-04 and EX-05 (ELDP45-PRG) – Program is spread out over a 12-month period. - 27 days, CSPS
• Orientation for Directors General (LPL141) – A time commitment of approximately 4 hours per week (2 hrs/module) is required for a total of 12 hours. - 12 hrs, CSPS
