Mandatory for Managers
Description
The following learning activities are mandatory for managers of Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada. Contact your Branch or Directorate/Centre learning team for any additional mandatory learning. Managers are also required to complete all mandatory learning for employees.

People and Wellness
- Values and Ethics Foundations for Managers (FON302) 2 hours/ CSPS (Values and Ethics in the Workplace for Managers has been replaced by the Canada School of Public Service course, Values and Ethics Foundations for Managers (FON302) and will be recognized as the mandatory course to be completed by HC and PHAC managers.)
- Understanding the Employment Equity Act (INC108) 1 hour/ CSPS
