ℹ️ The following learning activities are mandatory for managers of Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada. Contact your Branch or Directorate/Centre learning team for any additional mandatory learning. Managers are also required to complete all mandatory learning for employees.

All mandatory learning on the Employee mandatory learning checklist 28 hours for HC or 34 hours for PHAC

Leave and Pay

HR-to-Pay for Managers (COR137)- For new managers with section 34 authority only- 4 hours/ CSPS

People and Wellness

Values and Ethics Foundations for Managers (FON302) 2 hours/ CSPS

ℹ️ Values and Ethics in the Workplace for Managers has been replaced by the Canada School of Public Service course, Values and Ethics Foundations for Managers (FON302) and will be recognized as the mandatory course to be completed by HC and PHAC managers.

ℹ️ Please note, WMT102 expires every 3 years and employees must renew their training to ensure compliance with mandatory training.
